Cryo Slim vs CoolSculpting: Which Is Right for You?

People often assume my cryo slimming is the same as CoolSculpting because both involve cold. They really are not, and the difference matters.
My Cryo Slim uses a gentle, controlled cold spray that I glide across the area in continuous passes. Nothing gets suctioned or trapped, the applicator keeps moving the whole time, and there is no downtime. The cold supports your body’s own process of breaking down and clearing stubborn fat gradually over the following weeks, and many clients notice some nice skin smoothing along the way. It is done as a series, usually 6 to 10 sessions, and most people find it comfortable and easy to fit into a busy day.
CoolSculpting works differently. It is a medical device that pulls tissue into a vacuum cup and holds it under intense cold, and people often deal with a week or two of swelling and soreness afterward.
Which one suits you?
I usually suggest Cryo Slim if you want zero downtime, prefer a smoother overall contour, and are targeting modest pockets like the lower abs, love handles, or inner thighs. CoolSculpting can make sense for one large, pinchable pocket if you do not mind the recovery. Not sure which fits? Come in and we will talk it through.
