Cryotherapy Facial vs Hydrafacial: What’s the Real Difference?

People ask me this all the time, so let me make it simple. A cryotherapy facial and a HydraFacial both leave your skin looking great, but they do different jobs.
A cryo facial is my go-to for a quick, cool refresh. I glide a stream of very cold air across your face, neck, and scalp for a few minutes. Nothing touches the skin, there are no needles or extractions, and you walk out looking calmer, tighter, and brighter in about 10 to 15 minutes. It is lovely for puffiness, redness after a workout, or a last-minute glow before an event.
A HydraFacial is more of a deep clean and feed. It cleanses, gently exfoliates, clears out congested pores, and floods your skin with hydrating serums. If your skin feels rough, dull, or clogged, that is the one I reach for.
Honestly, most of my Renton clients do not pick just one. They will book a HydraFacial to reset their skin, then pop in for cryo facials in between to keep that fresh, de-puffed look going. If you are not sure which your skin needs this week, come in and we will figure it out together.
