For Downtown Seattle clients specifically, the trip from Belltown, Pike Place, Pioneer Square to our Renton studio is 20 minutes — short enough to fit before work, during a lunch break, or as a post-meeting reset. Most regular clients lock in a multi-session package after the new-client intro because the cadence (typically one to two visits per week for a series) makes a package the most cost-efficient way to commit.
Plan for a 45–60 minute first visit if you book the $199 Slim. Sculpt. Glow. intro: 10 minutes for intake and consult, 15–20 minutes for the cryoslimming portion, 30 minutes for the EMS session, and a brief cryofacial. We work through your medical history, recent surgeries, current medications, and any cold-sensitivity concerns up front — full transparency on what's appropriate for you. The intake form can be completed online before you arrive to save time. Bring comfortable, dry clothing that's easy to move out of the way for the treatment area; we provide gloves and socks for any extended-cold session.
Single-service first visits (one cryoslimming session, one EMS session, or one cryofacial) take 30–45 minutes door-to-door. We do not run a high-pressure upsell at the end of any session; if a package or follow-up makes sense for your specific goals we'll explain it, but the choice is always yours. Many of our long-time Downtown Seattle clients started with a single intro and built up from there.

Yes — we offer 6-session and 14-session packages with per-session savings, plus the Cryo Combo bundle ($450 for 2 cryo + 1 EMS) which is the strongest body-sculpting starter package. Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekends are by special booking request — text or call us if you need a Saturday or Sunday slot. Free on-site parking at the Lake Washington Blvd plaza, plus street parking along Lake Washington Boulevard. Most clients find a spot within a few feet of the door.
